All I'm interested in receiving is the 'time to pay your bill' emails and the internet/TV promos. I get home security almost every night and some email about my free TV guide which I don't care about. Can I opt out of some and keep others? If so, what is the link? Thanks.

I currently have three HD DVR's and three TIVO DVR's on my system.  They are coming out on Saturday to upgrade me to Whole Home DVR.  The work order states DVR Swap.  Are they going to replace my three Tivo DVR's with HD DVR's?  or will I just get get HD receivers?
