771 signal on one, but not all receivers whats up with that!

it's driving me crazy.  we had the power blink on and off about a month ago.  noticed the next day that diirectv was not working.  so reset box, unplugging cords, etc.  called support, checked all the connections, (three times) tried the test channels.  nothing worked so we scheduled a service call.

Starz app not allowing me to see all data

when I log into the starz app on my apple tv, I got an error telling me that I did not have a starz subscription on my login.  I then logged out and logged back on and get an error when I try to load a show that says that I have to upgrade my account because the title is not offered by my provider

I have 1 TV that has no picture at all. Just snow

I have 4 TV's in my home. In one of my back bedrooms the TV has no picture. Not even a blue screen just coming up "snow". I have tried reseting the unit with no luck, Everything is plugged in properly. Very confused as it only effects 1 TV.

remote refund

Our dog got ahold of our remote yesterday while we were at work.  We only have 1 television (U-verse).  I called last night and had to order a replacement which I had to pay for.  We will not receive it until next week and since we are unable to watch tv I would like 1 week credit for my AT &T bill.

Marquee Network in our package, unable to get channel
