I just bought a Roku 4K television set and now while I’m watching my shows through U-verse TV little boxes keep popping up on the screen. Is my internet high enough through AT&T to support a 4K Roku t.v. ?

I am unable to stream or watch on demand shows, so I'm wondering if it will be possible to watch Big little lies on hbo? Thanks!
