Still loading thank you for your patience

When attempting to watch chanels on DIRECTV STREAM I constantly get the message in the subject making TV unwatchable. When I watch Netflix using the DIRECTV STREAM receiver, it works fine so I assume the bandwidth of the wireless connection is adequate. My service is 100 Mb/25Mb. Any simple fix?

If you decide to cancel your DirecTV service don't do it in the middle of your "month". If you cancel anytime before the end of your service month they will not prorate your payment and give you a credit. If for instance your service month is 3/8/2020 to 4/8/2020, cancel your account on 4/8/2020. He
