I have loved UVerse for over 5 years now. However, this interruption right before the Outback Bowl and the Bachelor will have me cancelling if an agreement isn't reached by tomorrow. I would hate to do that, though!

@DavidCS I’m glad I found this forum. I scheduled the Bachelor series to be recorded for the wife and it only recorded the first episode and nothing else. But shows that the series is scheduled to record when I pull up my recordings. Really weird. I’

The voice and picture is jerky.
For several weeks our TV has been poor connection. The voice is breaking up and pic is erratic. I’ve checked all my TVs and they have the same issue. Can you help us clear this issue. It happens just occasionally, so it is frustrating. Please help with this issue. Gerald Russell
