I can't find January 8th episode of the good doctor in my on demand. Anyone else?

Who is responsible for updating free TV shows from the networks?  The network itself or Uverse?  We had shows scheduled to record while we were on vacation but the router went down and they didn't record.  We've been able to catch up on all our shows except The Good Doctor.  We are still waiting on

We had a brief power outage and presumably a power surge.  Our other DirecTV recievers and various computers all lost power and either automatically or manually were reset without adverse consequence. All the equipment is protected with power surge protectors.  The H20 reciever never again reacquire
