Why do I have a thin black line 2inches in from both right and left side of screen? It appears on all channels. I wasn't there yesterday, but appeared today.

We have about 3" of white line on the top of the TV. This started about 1 month ago, it is getting worse.  What can I do to fix this.

Thin black horizontal line across entire screen (Toshiba). Line is between 1/3 to 1/2 up on the screen. Tried all three HDMI and turned off tv for two hours. Nothing seems to work.

Hello payback is fine for video but Audio handled through my ASUS Rampage II Gene Onboard sound is thin and tinny. I have disabled the SPIDF function as some have suggested but there is no improvement.The OS is Win 7 64 bit, Video is NVIDIA GTX295...Any Suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Occasionally I get a very thin white/static line across the top of the TV. It does not happen very often but is a distraction when it does. It is only specific to the occasional recording so it makes me think its the DVR and not the TV. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks for your help.

Hello I get an intermittent small white line on my sony a80h 77 inch tv when running directv 4k. Has anyone else experienced this.  It is very thin and right on the edge of the right side .

After rebooting the red X became a gear and stayed as a gear  even after the status line at bottom os screen was complete. Help.

With a black background, a red X and the 3 on the screen what does it mean?

So, I did the unplug, wait 30 seconds and replug DVR thing three times. When the DVR finished rebooting, all I got was a red X and an 8 right below it. What is going on?

I have exhausted all options for resetting my receiver and I still have the red x.

When I switch to cable tv, I only get a red X on the screen.

I think they should add UFC and Boxing fights on there when the fights happen. They have it with the X-games, NASCAR, and Golf...might as well add it too the red button menu.

My converter box/DVR is out.  Tried re-setting, it's just locked up.  Tried re-booting modem, no help.  Blue, green, red lights on front, big red X on screen.  Any suggestions?  Also, if I have to get a new box is there any way to save my DVR recordings from the old box?  Thanks.  Any help appreciat
