Returned Gemini box was not restored properly at warehouse and now having dvr war with new box owner
So, we returned a Gemini box a cpl months ago to exchange and it was not restored properly at the warehouse then shipped to a new customer. Now the new customer has our old box with our account stuff i guess still in its system and we are seeing each others library and deleting each others programs.

Was there any warning about the eBay scam?
Was any explicit and direct warning provided to ATT customers about the ATT/EBAY scam OTHER than a post on the ATT website? Were any warnings emailed to or sent by mail to ATT customers? Is ATT reimbursing customers for losses? Is EBAY reimbursing or just profiting off this scam?

I've been a customer for 60 years and have seen all the changes. This is not a war between the local channel and AT&T. It's a war between AT&T and Cox Media Group, Inc. If AT&T doesn't accept the deal, then AT&T will lose long time customers like us.
