3 of my 5 tv's show only the info about a channel or list or guide, but doesn't allow me to select

Suddenly with nothing done on my part 3 of my 5 tv's now only allow me to see the channel or list or guide info on the screen, but no program, just becomes a black screen, no sound either. 2 of my TV's including the main server TV are normal and I can view everything, just like I always have. Why are 3 of these tv's behaving this way??? Can the screen interact with the server to give information, but not actually show the programs? There is no error message. I have called 2 days ago and yesterday and the service person, although very pleasant just tells me to be patient and someone will email me with what I should do to  get back to normal. Any suggestions how to be able to view programs and list programs on these 3 tv's?? Thanks

First thing to try is resetting all of your boxes, including your main Genie DVR, using the red reset buttons.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I had restarted the boxes of the TV's that were not showing programs, but it was restarting the main server that did it. Weird how it was not a system wide problem with all 5 tv's only 3 of them. Thanks for your help!

Thanks so much. I restarted the main server and all is well with ALL 5 TV's simple fix and so obvious, but I needed you to point it out. Thanks! Glad you shared your knowledge and skill.
