Nick app error

On the Nick app on my First Tv it is saying “Please contact your TV Provider and subscribe to a TV package that includes Nick or if you feel you received this message in error.” I am subscribed and to the Nick in my package already so it should be working. What do I do?

We understand you’ve been experiencing trouble with your Nick App.

 

Is this issue happening on all sources (tablet, smart phone etc)?

Are you trying to view the Nick App using a Roku?

 

Here's how to login using your Directv login information:

 

  • Download the Nick channel from the Channel Store on your Roku.
  • Within the channel, select Settings > TV Provider to generate an activation code.
  • Go to your computer and visit nick.com/activate & enter the activation code there.
  • Choose your TV provider from the list, then log in using your account username and password.
  • Your Roku is now activated and ready to use. Enjoy!
