Post Playback Advisor, Update button not clickable
Hello,
I had DirecTV2PC installed on my wife's desktop and I am attempting to install it on my wizbang Win7 Ultimate 64 bit i7 Core 2 Duo 9300 8gb MEM 2 TB HDD super laptop. I downloaded and installed (and ran) the Upgrade Advisor resulting only in 2 yellow flags relating to wireless drivers. I don't plan on using my wireless drivers anyways, I am hard wired most of the time at home. Anyways as a result of running the Advisor I cannot click UPDATE which I assume is the trigger to upload the info so that I can get access to the application and serial # (the UPDATE button is not clickable). I was reading through many of the poorly written tickets in this support system trying to determine which related to this type of issue however I can't find one directly like my problem. Please let me know if there is a trick to getting the Advisor data uploaded so I can get the application installed. I know my machine has the juice to run it....
