Is there an upgrade or replacement for my HR44/200?

What’s the general feedback on the new Gemini unit? I’ve been told I'm eligible for it, but I’m hesitant about being an early adopter. Another concern is that it would tie me into a 1-year contract, which I don’t have with my current account. What do you all think?

TV shuts off after exactly 15 minutes, but it only happens when watching directv. Does not happen if watching appleTV through the same AV receiver as directv or if streaming directly through TV.  I've checked auto off/sleep timeres etc.

Looking for the correct setting for my Harmony Elite remote control to work with Gemini??? The " DTV stream box" setting doesn't work correctly and leaves a lot to be desired...Anyone have any luck setting up a Harmony with the Gemini receiver???

Turned system on this morning and could not get any audio or video. Guide and everything else shows but no video or sound.  Tried o do a reset but no change.  Ran a system test and it said "OK" 

The Gemini remote is unable to turn off my TV. Despite trying all the codes for my TV brand, the issue persists. All other functions are operational, including turning on the TV; however, turning it off remains a problem.

Installed a new Gemini box yesterday. The remote will control volume and mute but will not turn on/off tv. It is a Vizio tv. Older but the old genie remote worked fine. Spoke with support. After 30m- they are sending me a new remote. We all know that’s a waste of time and the new remote will also

Direct TV settings has all resolutions checked and supported. But it is staying in 480. When checking on the info audio/video screen to change resolution it still only shows 480 ??
