Volume button not working on remote

I have a Samsung tv and AT&T remote every button works on the remote except I can’t change the volume or mute the TV please help. I’ve tried re-pairing the remote and modifying audio settings but nothing works

Replacement Power Block

I've called the number for Customer Service and done the "Chat/automated response" thing and they are to no avail. One of my received power blocks has gone bad.   The system tests show good because the other receivers are all up and running.  SO automated chat is a no go.

Worked with your online chat rep for 1:15 today.

He added the box to my account and it still show unprovisioned. I ebonite’s my WIRELESS ACCESS POINT and rebooted the set top box and reconnected it to the network. The problem is still the same.

U-verse signal has been lost

I’ve had ATT for 15 years because it’s the only service for my area and every night at 11pm the signal is lost. I called many times for help and they just walk me through the steps I already tried.
