U-verse TV Equipment

I received the BGW320 gateway. I have UVerse cable (coax)for a wired DVR modem. If I purchase the Actiontec enternet to coax HPNA adapter network home with satallite tv, will my cable DVR modem (VIP2262)work?

Lost power for two days. When rebooted, TV in primary room is frozen on just wait. I have three other boxes in the house that are all working. Internet is working well. I’ve tried multiple restarts and browsing the message boards. Model is IPH8010. Any help would be appreciated.

After many years of use, my U-verse cable remote no longer is working properly. I would appreciate a replacement as I've been a long time loyal customer. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.

The new gateway does not have a coax port for connecting to our DVR and set top boxes. Will these devices work if they are only connected using the internet connections on the gateway with ethernet to the back of each box? Or can I use one MoCA 2.5 on the back of the gateway to convert the ethernet

Died overnight. Just need to replace, website totally worthless. Chat "support" directs to useless site. Any suggestions on how to get a new one? Are they still even available? So irritating that there's no phone number to be found -

I returned from being away to find all my recordings gone and HDMI 1 showing no signal, The HDMI 1 problem occurred on one of 3 tv’s. All 4 sets lost recordings. I rebooted the ATT modem and still had the HDMI 1 no signal on the one tv. ATT replaced the set top box to the problem tv. I unplugged the

Tech came out and replaced one of our uverse receivers. He gave us return box and instructions. We returned it next day. Approx July 15th, 2023. Now my bill has a charge for 163.00 for equipment not returned.
