U-verse TV Equipment

I have a Samsung tv and AT&T remote every button works on the remote except I can’t change the volume or mute the TV please help. I’ve tried re-pairing the remote and modifying audio settings but nothing works

He added the box to my account and it still show unprovisioned. I ebonite’s my WIRELESS ACCESS POINT and rebooted the set top box and reconnected it to the network. The problem is still the same.

Received error message the set top box does not match the account settings

Some nice fence people cut our ATT fiber cable so we were without for 24 hours. Now our wireless receivers will not re-connect after following the re-connect onscreen instructions. Any suggestions?

After ATT Tech installed the new "Internet Protocol Set Top Box, I keep getting the message "set top box does not match account settings". The serial number of the box is 171945303.
