U-verse TV Equipment

I get a message uverse not available at this time please try again later. I've restarted everything many times with no results. Any ideas?

@madmax988 yes I am in Miami, Fl. and have UVerse Internet, still waiting for fiber in my neighborhood!

TV will not come on and say "Uverse not available" restart receiver. Have restarted several time and nothing. Same problem last week and a tech restarted remotely. They just upgraded us to fiber optic cable on Tuesday.

I've tried several of the U-verse boxes of different models and ages to feed our programming signal into our new NAD M17v2i surround processor and we get a blinking of our video feed on screen with all of them. Why is it that my picture freezes and then it turns black? I had a technician come here twice and it would work for one day and it does it again.

After switching from U-verse to Directv Stream I received a letter a week later from AT&T stating that I do not have to return the U-verse equipment, instead the instructions were to recycle it, which I immediately did. A second letter then came in the week after stating that the equipment had to be
