U-verse TV Equipment

My U-verse cable box died, a replacement was order Tuesday, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’m paying for a TV service that I can’t watch, and there is no update on when the new box will be shipped, or arrive. What’s going on?

The U-verse dive stopped working tonight. We have since restarted both boxes by holding down power button for 10sec and then turning box back on.
