U-verse TV Equipment

Cisco AVH8005 DVR is having issues. Sound starts fading in and out after about 1 minute. The unit also required rebooting last nite. One of my TVs will not load Uverse. A message says the set top box does not recognize my account. My other TVs have Uverse.
