Why does ATT continue to send worthless 2 wire UVERSE routers? I have had issues with them for over a year. I am paying for 1G speeds and am only getting 100-200. Have rebooted the gateway, WAP, and uverse receiver. Once it goes through setup a red X appears, sometimes with a 3, sometimes without. This a new receiver box sent by ATT UVerse recently. When trying to change date and time on the Guide, the option buttons show but the captions (date and time) are blank. If I select any of the option buttons and click Done, it changes the guide, but I can't select a desired date or time. I've reinstalled with no change.

After a power outage in the neighborhood my connection to a new smart tv doesn’t work with my U-verse box. The smart tv connects to the internet but it seems like the U-verse can’t connect with the tv.

We have both U-verse Internet and TV and recently had storm damage which broke of our electrical power service pole. We had the pole replaced and power restored. The U-verse wiring is still connected, but barely. Since this has happened we have had bandwidth issues that I don't remember having befor
