U-verse TV Equipment

I had an older U-verse DVR that was wired via Ethernet and HDMI that needed to be replaced according to U-verse Support.  My initial problem was no access to my 340+ recorded programs.  Tried the usual things like reboot the DVR, reboot the modem, reboot the system through the "Menu" butto

For the last week or so I have been getting a blue screen on the "Live TV" source only. I am able to stream video using my AT&T internet on my Samsung TV.    I have tried rebooting, but it still persists.  I really would like a human to guide me through the fix.  Any suggest

I followed the procedure described in this (or a related) forum and shut down all items from the box through to the gateway, the booted them back up in the reverse order. It did not fix the problem.  I assume I need a new box.  How do I go about that?

Having problem with Amazon over password. I receive all emails until they send me a code to use in getting a new password.. Then I just don't receive it!!!

Got up this morning to find a lot of recordings I haven’t watched missing. I followed the Help Menu to reboot the DVR and that didn’t fix it. This is for Uverse. Either AT&T restores my recordings or I’m leaving. There are much better and cheaper alternatives. My recordings were the only reason

Can you buy additional boxes instead of paying a monthly fee

5 yrs old UVerse box can't make the HDMI1 connection anymore. Tried rebooting 6 or 8 times, TV can't see it.  Two other receivers working just fine.  The green light is dimmer on the bad unit when it's powered up.  Is it possible that it's just gone south and I need a new one?

Do you always have to pay a monthly charge for additional tv boxes, or can you outright buy it

It looks like the IR sensor is to the right of the USB, and if I put the IR extender transmitter there, it partly works but not very good at all. Are there any tricks for this? Are there any better boxes that I can request that work better with an IR extender?
