U-verse TV Equipment

This happened a couple of weeks ago and all we could get was a red X on the screen and No Signal. The telephone support person said the DVR needed replacing. A technician was sent to replace it, had everything working fine, then tonight there was another power surge and the same thing happened again

The other night I went to bed and went in our bedroom and turned on the receiver, I got a message for something like I have used up the allotted receivers and can't watch on that one. I had my wife turn off the down stairs one and I got the channel I was on. I had her turn the downstairs one back on

Receiver is showing red x on screen. Have tried soft & hard re-boots. Gear appears for a few minutes, then returns to red x.

When I press the pause on my remote or try to record I get the following message "Pause command not available DVR is either unplugged or restarting." Neither is correct. It is plugged in and working. Cannot access my recorded programs either, get same message.

We received a new Uverse DVR receiver about 2 months ago and the main one has been making a constant noise ever since we started using it. It is not super loud but it is annoying and occurs all the time...please help as it is driving me crazy!

I just had my DVR replaced yesterday and everything is working just fine, but today I noticed the oval on/off button doesn’t light up green when the unit is being used, there is a tiny red light to the left of the button that is on while the unit is off and goes out once I turn on the DVR...is this

Wireless receiver constantly stops during recording playback with message. Stopped network problems have stopped this stream. Sometimes I am able to resume playing, sometimes it says it is not available and I have to start show all over. Never fails that it stops again. Nothing is wrong with my At&T

new wireless receiver, followed all the steps for trouble shooting and instructions but get in loop, restart receiver-service unavailable please try again later. Please help!
