Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Is anyone else having recording issues on Direct TV Stream?Can't attach the error image but it says "There is a recording problem for some reason this recording could not be set try again" This for a any channel. I did a chat with a Direct TV person and they said this is overall wide issue with eve

I was told that I could cancel Direct TV whenever I want without penalty this turned out to be false. They are trying to charge me $385. Also I was told I would get a $100 gift card. When I asked about they said I waited too long to claim it. This is very dishonest company 

I have a Samsung TV and Samsung remote. When I go to My Library to watch recorded shows,  the list of shows appears but when I press select it only gives me the option to delete,  not play.   I am using the Direct TV Stream app and not the DTV device as that costs more.  Is

Works fine in my son’s room. It has been fine for two years and now it’s just stopped working. I can log in but it just takes me to a blank Home Screen and none of the buttons on my remote work.

Is there a way to view direct tv streaming on a new LG tv? I have heard mention of using a Roku or fire stick device— we have never used those devices before and are not sure how they work.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!
