Stop the repetitive commercials, PLEASE!
It's getting worse! Why is DirecTV allowing the customer experience to suffer from this? It seems that the repetitive, irritating 'commercials' from HBO/Disney/Time Warner(?) and the droning music that gets louder the longer it plays(!), showing endlessly on CNN, Discovery, History, and many others

Picture quality issues

This problem is back -- at least for me. Older thread has been closed. I'm now receiving the following message when i try to watch anything: "We couldn't play this content at this time. Please restart the app and sign in again." Windows 11. Both Chrome and Edge. Relaunched both. Rebooted computer. N

Inadequate Configurability of Gemini user interface & remote (for the product design team)
I've been using DirectTV streaming over Gemini for a couple weeks now and here are some thoughts about the user interface & the remote, along with suggested fixes, that I've encountered. The Gemini Air remote has black buttons on a black cover--difficult to see in a darkened room while watching TV.
