Watching & Streaming

Somethings wrong with our DVR. We wanted to watch Philadelphia story and it would only record 30 minutes . Four different recordings were set at different times and all of them were only 30 minutes long and it stops at the same point each time only 30 minutes worth of the movie.

Why is C Span 3 only offered in the News Genre mini pack on ch 352? It should be included in the higher price signature packages. DTV says they don’t carry it. But if you search it it shows but says subscribe.

Is the cowboy channel going to be part of the directv stream channel lineup indefinitely or is this just a preview until the NFR is over? I keep seeing different information.

Picture freezes constantly on Samsung tv using directv app. Have done all the suggested troubleshooting. No help. Is Directv going to fix this or do I cancel service and use Hulu?

I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else. Mine is in my den, Im wondering if I can remove my wifes profile off of mine in the den, but everytime I try it removes her profile off of all 3 TVs. Is there a way to just have my profile in the

We have several DTV Streaming boxes in two different homes. All work well except one box: when we hit record, a message pops up that says "Whoops, that program is finished airing and can't be recorded anymore" None of the other boxes give this error - we hit record and it records. Any ideas? Thanks

Yesterday I had TCM channel 256 as part of my Entertainment Package. Today, when going to Channel 256, it says the channel isn't in my package? Is this a temporary problem or permanent. Were any other Channels removed or added?

Don't have to select any input, just click it. Sound comes on when DirectTV first starts with TV but quickly shows "Home" at top of screen and as soon as it does that, the sound goes out. Hit the input button on remote and it comes back. Tried everything I could find on the internet. TV did not do t
