I need a better streaming remote

I'm having the same issue suddenly. It doesn't appear to be a router issue because my phone plays fine using the app. But, using my PC it will no longer play. Worked fine a week or so ago. I've disabled all firewall stuff. Anyone?

i have had issues with the new Directv app since it updated. I am constantly getting buffering, freezing, restarting of programs, Favorite channels not showing up. No volume on recordings. Until this last update I haven't had any of these issues with Directv Stream, I have a Samsung Neo Qled TV.

I have the channel in my lineup. I can watch the channel live. I have the recording. It's in my library, but when I try to watch it, it says it's restricted. I've seen a lot of dumb stuff with Direct TV, but this is next level.

Why when I have my favorites locked in on the menu and then when I go to change the channel on the channel remote to go up or down it's going through all the channels. Why? The satellite system didn't do that you had it locked in your favorites, went up and down on your favorites. Maybe I'm missing
