My DirecTV app on my Roku device has stopped working with 4K streams. It worked well before but has just started immediately displaying the "Oops something went wrong" message when selecting any 4K channel or stream. Is there a solution for this?

I choose a tv programs to record, I always select to record only "New episodes," yet for every tv series I record, I get many past episodes on secondary channels, not ONLY the New Ones. I have deleted and re-added the recording series request many times, making sure that I am choosing "New episodes.

Works on regular tvs, my tablet and my phone - just not from my PC. Restarted my PC - same results. Other streaming services work fine e.g. Netflix, Paramount etc.

Why do channels sometimes take a long time to pop in? Sometimes seconds upto minutes before coming on. After unplugging and plugging it back in it works fine for a day or to then starts up again. I have a newer Samsung tv. also does same on lg tv.
