Hello, My directv is freezing constantly over the past few months when previously we had no issues since install 5 mos ago. Terrible service, and is very annoying when trying to watch tv.

We are getting a lot of pixelations on local channel 3 (WLBT - channel 3 Jackson, MS). Pretty much unwatchable at this time. When I pause live TV using the Roku app it jumps to the current time rather than where I paused it when I resume playing. Works as it should using Gemini device though.

I have the streaming service and for the most part, it works well.
