I am a DirecTV customer and an AT&T customer, but I cannot log in to DirecTV using password used for both

I am a customer of both, and used to be able to sign in under one login to see both accounts. Now when I sign in to AT&T I only see my Internet account, and when I try to sign into DirecTV I get an error. How do I solve this?

I am trying to stream to my samsung TV. I have the Direct TV streaming app installed.
