why am I getting an error message everytime I try to get to a login screen. I went through att previous and when I even press DirectTv on there screen it takes me to same error message.

Today I cancelled my service. I have been a loyal customer for years. I even moved states and continued my service, which DirectTv recommended. However I went to access some shows I DVR and could not. After spending hours on the phone it turns out DirectTv didn’t switch my service correctly. Meaning

Since march 1st my Gemini has been logged into someone else’s account. My recordings are gone, my channels are gone, they are local channels from some other state. My apps are gone. I’m unable to log out due to auto sign in, I’d need this persons account information. I’ve been with technical support

Started a couple of days ago. The Guide is slow to display and same for changing channels. Also occasional message re video loading, i.e. buffering. Originally I thought maybe something was updating in the background but it has now been a few days and the Guide and changing channels are still slow.
