Gemini Air

I encountered another issue today with the Gemini Air device. This is the second time, in three months in which I need a new device. I am really growing tired of this! What Should You Do If You Used Your DirecTV Perks Tokens For a $5 Credit, And, After Two Months, It Hasn't Appeared On Your Bill?
