U-verse TV

Just got the new app on mar 2, 2024 for my Houston Uverse account. There are several things I could do on the old app that I haven’t figured out how on the new app. I’ll just name one for now. When looking at the guide to see what is on, there are several channels missing. Example NBC ch 1002 and CB

I have a Samsung TV and the volume control on my AT&T remote doesn’t control volume on TV. All other remote functions work, the volume control doesn’t go up or down. There is sound on tv but it isn’t controlled by ATT remote ? Help

Watching movie on Starz on UVerse. Suddenly white screen with sound still running. All other channels work fine—-they have picture and sound. Tried turning tv and UVerse receiver off as someone suggested. Did nothing. Help

Uverse app opens on my android phone and seems to function (live channels open and play), but in the guide every channel, every day, has a single program "Not available" that runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Tried clearing cache and data with no change.
