U-verse TV

I noticed two channels I watch, MTV-U (510) and MTV Classic (520) are suddenly letterboxed. Seemingly happened within the last month. It looks terrible. They were for as long as I have been a subscriber (over a decade) optimized for 16:9 in SD. Now the picture is squeezed and is pretty much unwatcha

I have followed the instructions provided to correct the issue, but only the Premium channels are showing up in the Guide on my iPad.

I currently have U-VERSE. When I replace my currently connected tv with a new tv and connect it to my current U-verse equipment, will I lose my currently saved and scheduled DVR recordings?

Uverse channels are sporadically pixelated or out. It seems to be ~30% or so of the channels, not all of them. I've downloaded the U-verse app on my firestick. What login do I use? My Wi-Fi login or my acct login that I use to pay my bill? I really don't want to use the billing login.. ugh!

Recordings disappear. Scheduled new recordings. It will only save one at a time. Says there?s 100% space available. It?s recording one recording over the other and only saving one. I?ve rebooted receivers and rebooted the gateway. Any thoughts?
