DirecTV can only drop a channel once the carriage agreement is up. They chose not to renew the agreement with OANN. Perhaps they will do the same with that other channel or perhaps not. We will only know when the agreement comes up (or possibly shortly before it).
As OANN was announced to be leaving months ago and did so almost 2 months ago, it is a moot point. If you are so insulted, then find another carrier that works for you.
