Talk to someone on billing

Need to talk about billing

I have tried at least 1/2 dozen times to get someone in Direct TV billing and waited over 60 minutes and got hung up on? I recently retired from AT&T and have a billing issue I would like to address with someone at AT&T. Would like for someone to explain the current billing statement and discuss best options going forward. Thank you.

Call Centers are currently slammed due to coronavirus staffing issues. Be patient and keep trying.

don't bother... onec you finally get your turn (after 40+ minutes of waiting on hold) they "accidentall" disconnect you.

Thanks-that happened twice. Even though every business is being impacted to the Coronavirus outbreak, there has to be a better, more professional way to deal with customers!

Call DirecTV for official support. This is a public forum of other customers. Yes hold times are through the roof as they are severely understaffed. Many call centers are closed with the stay at home orders per Covid-19.

Though we are only customers, sometimes we can give guidance or help make sense of a bill. We can't see your account so you would have to provide so more info (even a screenshot if you could) and we will help where we can. Just make sure to avoid posting sensitive info (like account number).

@leaky400, believe it or not when call volumes are extremely high, the telephony system WILL drop calls so it's not always the agent hanging up or disconnecting you although that does happen too.
