AT&T cross bored my sewer line

Updated to 4K with HS-17-500 mini and C61K-700. Will Alex a work with it?

When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

Cisco wireless receiver known issue with playback of recorded content

The wireless STB has a known issue that T needs to address. When viewing recorded content, either SD or HD, the message "Press OK to See Your Recording" appears about every 5 minutes in a white box at the bottom of the screen. vizio wireless tv stopped connecting

my vizio stopped connecting to my netgear router. It asks for the WPA2 password  but when i enter it i get a "not connected" message please try again. All other devices are connected.

This is after my TV service was interupted, twice! No difference to yesterday by much. It's still screwing up, and it's thanks to AT&T's horrible service. I think I'll have to tell Alex about this.
