I have been an att customer for 20 years, and want to keep my u-verse plan along with my phone, and internet services, but you are trying to make me pay $65 more next month because of some kind of promotion that has expired, and I want the discount back

After reading all the comments, and my own experiences with AT&T, I can positively state that this company is the most crocket of all utilities I have dealt with over the past 40 years. Every step of the way they cheat, lie, and deceive clients.
