Hello, How do I report a damaged AT&T utility box that has a huge hole in it in my yard?   We have tried to call the regular customer service line but have reported it many times over the past 90 days and it still remains damaged and a safety hazard.

The ATT Direct TV installer that came out when we moved into our brand new house, failed to seal around the bolts in our roof which created water damage in our garage. We have called mulitple times, left messages to start the claim process and no one has responded to date. I started this months ago.

For the 2nd time in just a few months, my DVR receiver went bad and damaged my A/V receiver. I replaced it at my own expense the first time, but I think AT&T owes me a new receiver this time. What is the process for making a claim to replace equipment damaged by faulty AT&T equipment?
