two TV's being out of sync

We just got uverse and have one TV in the den and one in kitchen. These two rooms adjoin each other and you can hear both TV’s in each room.  The problem is that the picture and sound for these TV’s are not together.  There is about a one second delay on  one TV and  since  you can hear both TV’s in

Audio out of sync only on one channel

After the most recent firmware update to my R-15 tuner 2 stopped working. I tried swapping the cables between tuner 1 and 2 and that didn't fix anything. Loss of signal, Input 2

After a recent storm we have lost signal on Input 2 of our DVR.  This only happens when tuned to channels 290 (or so) and higher on Input 1.  For example: Input 1 on 241, Input 2 has signal, Input 1 on 296, no signal on Input 2. I have done a restart of the DVR and it didn't fix anything.All cables

Hi all,I had 2 of my 3 units go into Searching for satellite signal sometime yesterday. They were good in the morning and bad last night. Weather is perfect here. I am a non-techi person with a technical problem. I got wild and crazy and moved my HD-DVR from the bedroom to my den - the hook-up in the bedroom had 2 cables and a phone liine - the den has only one incoming cable and no phone line - is this something a person who is handy with a drill and a screw

The master bedroom is a genie, the den is one of the older dvrs, I don’t expect to see den recordings only MB with the genie. On the old app it worked great.

Can’t see playlist

I’m confused as to what to do. Tech support tell me mobile dvr on the new app is not working. That’s why I can’t see my playlist. Someone responded on this forum and said I should be able to see my playlist under library for genie recordings. This is two different answers ????

H23-600 Stuck At Step 1 of 2
