I missed 4 of my favorite show last week because the DVR did not record them even though I have a season pass for all of them. Up until this past week everything was fine. Now when I switch from watching TV to view play list the whole thing "powers up" What is wrong with this crazy thing?

I have the whole home dvr feature, and I had to unplug the main HD-DVR because of remodeling in the house.  Now, all the TVs are not showing any picture.  I think I may have plugged everything back in the wrong way, could someone please help me in making sure I have everything plugged in correctly?

It is so ridiculous how you have to pay for everything with this company. I tried to cancel my account and all of a sudden the card was rejected. My remote controls everything but the volume from an adjacent room. It will however control the volume when I am in the same room as the TV which is connected to the Gemini device. Is there a way to control everything including the volume from an adjacent room?

Uverse malfunctions many times daily - picture either freezes or goes black and then the dvr restarts. Unwatchable. Have checked all cabling and all signals.  Have done non-disaster and disaster recovery. We need a replacement dvr box.  This is for my dad - he's elderly and needs help.&n
