Got a message on my screen that you were offering four days of Showtime/EPIX free. So why is it not loading?

I have four remotes and boxes and well as the thing that the wire plugs into (modem). The email I received only listed the modem to be returned. What about the other stuff?

U-verse 25G isn't fast enough?   I get a spinning dial that builds from 1% to 100% in about 3 minutes. The Netflix show continues for a few minutes and then buffers again.   It just started in past week.   Any suggestions?
