I get a frozen picture on one tv and not all channels frozen. They freeze in the AMC range of channels. This occurred on a wired box and now on the new wireless box. Not sure what this issue. Any ideas?

anyone elses  recievers frozen after last nights updates?  i've been on hold with tech support for an hour now, and they refuse to answer~  gee I wonder why!!!!!!

One of our receivers will not turn off.  It is frozen with everything lit up.  We have tried holding the power button on for 10 seconds and unplugging, but it does not change.

Picture frozen with showtime scene... tried unplugging unit for 10 minutes and same pic immediately reappears. Unit seems like it goes thru a standard restart... after a few minutes audio continues and you can switch channels... audio changes channel to channel but pic stays frozen... any ideas or h

We have replaced all of the cables attached to our Direct TV Boxes. We have also replaced the tower. We still have an issue is pixelization and frozen picture on playback of any recorded show. Any ideas to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Lost power for two days. When rebooted, TV in primary room is frozen on just wait. I have three other boxes in the house that are all working. Internet is working well. I’ve tried multiple restarts and browsing the message boards. Model is IPH8010. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi, I just got my HR20-700. I recorded Justice this past week on Fox 29 (in HD) and it will play the first 5 minutes, than freeze!
