Funky remote function

My remote for Uverse TV doesn't work properly.  I often have to press key repeatedly before it responds, and it seems to be way too sensitive to being aimed exactly.  Yes, I have replaced the battery.  What might be wrong?

Remote turns TV off and then on again

When I use my DIRECTV Stream remote to turn my Samsung TV off, within seconds it turns back on again. How do I fix this?

Question

I have some judder correction enabled already in the Samsung settings... I can play around with that, but since no other app does this, I don't really feel like it is the correct long-term solution. Something funky is going on with the stream.

Jutter / Frame Rate issue.

Just got DirecTV Stream and am having an issue. When ever I use the DTV Stream Box and tune to a channel, say ESPN, or MLB or Fox News, if there are any graphics scrolling across the bottom of the screen, they are juddering, after about 10-11 seconds, it clears up, the scroll is nice and smooth and

Radio-Frequency (RF) Remote for VIP2250?

I am having difficulty getting our AT&T U-verse VIP2250 receiver and remote control to play nicely together, largely because of the funky angle/behind-glass location of the receiver. I suspect that a Radio-frequency (RF) remote would solve the problem - can anyone confirm if this possible? If so, wh

You may have to reset your boxes for free preview

Just after 1 AM ET, I noticed that the HBO channels no longer had the "you are not subscribed" banner but they were black.  Only one worked.  I restarted the box and all were then working. Enjoy!
