HR54 definitely stays on. I’m thinking it’s something gone haywire with URC remote programming that’s only glitching when DIRECTV is selected. Going to disconnect URC and see what happens. Guess I’m lucky it’s only 15 minutes and not 60 lol.

TV shuts off after exactly 15 minutes, but it only happens when watching directv. Does not happen if watching appleTV through the same AV receiver as directv or if streaming directly through TV.  I've checked auto off/sleep timeres etc.

I am getting closed caption on my TV's but on my main TV all of the sudden I can't get closed caption on my favorite CBS shows. I can watch them on CBS All Access but I don't necessarily want to do that. I can get closed caption on all the other networks. (NBC, etc.) What is the problem?

Well, it just showed up as did the correct screen at least on one television. The screen was stuck on just apps and games for several minutes.  Update gone haywire?

Where is On Demand Now? Not on my Home Screen Anymore

Just pushed the Home Screen button and On Demand is gone! All that is there is Apps and Games.  Where is On Demand? Is it no longer available at all through Direct TV streaming?  We had counted on it still being there.  Help!

Anyone out there experiencing one second blackout of image and sound? Does not happen on instant rewind. Does not happen on second television.

It's nice they fixed it for you.  But trust me, the billing nightmare is NOT OVER.  I have had AT&T for 15 years off and on.  I have to go thru billing nightmares every single year, multiple times over.  My bill will be what it is supposed to be for
