Can you share your luck with retentions lately?

I called today and had no luck. I'm coming off my 1 year promo and bill will go up 50.00. I can't afford that but they won't budge. I'll be leaving and going with another company even though it's a bit of a hassle. Anyone have better luck with retentions?

Good luck - launch day is here!

Anyone had any luck using an "3D compatible" AVR?

I know the literature says one needs to connect the 3DA-1 directly between the video source and television set.  But there are now several AVR's that boast "3D connectivity" and have HDMI 1.4a outlets . . . has anyone been bold enough to connect their Mitsubishi TV and 3DA-1 up using one of these?

AT&T u-verse Menu cut off on Sanyo TV. I've tried the resolution option and the zoom option. No Luck

When I click the menu on my AT&T U-verse remote the menu is cut off on the left side and I only see half of what menu shows. I've tried the resolution and zoom options and they did not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I do feel bad for customers who always depend on discounts. Like the ones who will just call to ask for it feeling like they are entitled to every discount in the world. Shame on those people who cant even make sacrifices to rightsize so that they can save permanently. Just sayin'
