App won't let me watch live tv,says I'm already streaming,cept I'm NOT,HOW to fix? Error 102

I have been trying to reset my passcode, but when I go to put in my SSN and zip code, it wouldn't let me reset it.

Have ATT internet and tv over the new fiber optic wire. Amazon fire tv will not let me login on live apps (espn fox sports etc..) or the Uverse App.

Why won't AT&T U-verse let me watch Fox Sports go?
