My wife is interested in the Hallmark Movies and Mystery Channel.  Is anything being done to make this channel available?

Why can I NOT record the Hallmarks Movie and Mystery Channel - when I set record - it says you cannot record this program. I can record other shows on the same channel, but not Hallmarks Movie and Mystery Channel.
