After following step by step instructions to restart then pressing ok on box no luck many times, then trying unplugging power cords and then trying the restart again still no luck  Sooooo frustrating!

Have a Sanyo DVR/VCR, want to record a DVR, need step by step directions. It was working when I had another service but for the last month haven't be able to record. This is not a AT&T DVR but want to burn a disk for later use

Hi, we just had a massive storm here and were without power for over a week. Since the power has come back on I haven't been able to get one of my receivers, an HR22-100 to boot up past the Step 1 of 2 Checking Satellite connection. It will just hang there forever.
