Why is the movie channel not apart of the premium add on package paramount+ with showtime on directv stream?

I purchased a movie during the hot summer deals for $10.99 and it disappeared. This was NOT a rental but a purchase movie and it's gone, I've looked everywhere and it's not there. My current bill shows being charged for it.
