Recording some shows but will not let me watch live TV. Error message is all TV services are in use on this receiver to proceed select a recording.

I just had ATNT put in 3 months ago ,I asked if you would have the live new xfinity and and nascar series and you told me yes after 5 or more times of comming out to fix problems with my install,you dont air the first live xfinity race,I will be going to DTV if I miss another race ,Get it together

When I press the pause button I Keep getting the following message"This channel had jumped to allow TV viewing or recording on the DVR receiver" which does not allow me to pause live TV. Any ideas on how to fix this so I can pause live TV?

We've been seeing DirecTV ads on live TV this evening. They pop up about every 5 minutes unless we use the remote. The ads are the same type that you get when you pause live TV. It starts with a Disney Descendants 3 ad every time and it's annoying because we are just trying to watch a live show.

I can live steam espn and it's affiliates but can not stream anything else. Why is that? When trying to stream anything else, it stops loading at 85%.
