Continually lose Uverse tv signal, sometimes several times a day

I am now losing my Uverse signal to both wireless boxes a few times every 24 hour period.

It is NOT the equipment, all the tech's seem to know how to do is replace the router or wireless box ... even when they has been replaced several times before. One "helpdesk" guy in the US did a bunch of stuff to my system from wherever he was and PROMISED he was going to call me the next day at 1300 to ensure everything was working as it should ( it was not ). Guess what ? He didn't , but I've come to expect that anymore.

Today it went out so I made the grave mistake and called. During our lengthy discussion I was told I had been changed over from copper to Fiber in 2015 .... NO I was not , my entire development is ONLY and always been fiber  , that is why I had to get VOIP.

I now have a tech coming out tomorrow to replace the outside equipment, but I already have had that done so I could get Giganet speeds, the guy on the other end told me I had not even tho I insisted I had.

Now, I have been VERY patient since 2011 but now I essentially was told I am imagining things ... maybe I am, after all I retired from AT&T in a managerial position and that may have put me over the edge.

Is there ANYONE with AT&T that can help ??? I have no confidence that tomorrows tech visit will resolve anything.

HELP !

How many signal strength bars show on the front panel of the wireless receivers?  3 is marginal, 4-5 is best.

During these times when you are having signal problems is the dvr behaving ok?

What are the model numbers of you gateway, WAP, and wireless receivers?

Another tech came out yesterday and replaced the DVR  box. He felt confident this would fix the problem ( wrong ), both my wireless boxes went out around 2 am one is in direct line-of-site of my WAPS box. Both went from appx. 2-3 green bars to no green bars and DVR lost its 2 shows.
I did nothing, but after 10-15 mins both were working again without me doing a reboot.
I called the tech today as he asked, he said to call again if it goes out again ( it will ) and he will get with his 1st line ... but I have been told this time-after-time before.
My current equipment as of right now is : Router is BGW210, replaced dvr is a CISCO ISB7500  my WAPS is a VAP2500 and wirells boxes are all standard CISCO wireless boxes. ALL of these have been replace MANY times which does not fix the issue. I will say replacing the dvr box yesterday was necessary ( ethernet ) because it would not reboot.
I like Uverse WHEN IT WORKS, but that is the catch !

If the only problem is with connectivity to the wireless receivers, then the issue is isolated to the WAP and the receivers.  I can make a wireless receiver work, but I have to limit the distance. In the end, I chose a wired connection. It is more reliable .
