My direct tv is not allowing me to watch the history vault. I can record it but not watch it!! What do I need to do? Thanks

history vault is a paid streaming service on the internet and not on directv.

History Vault is channel 1930 on DirecTV. It is an On Demand only channel, not having a satellite channel.
